Lady Sumayya working in conjunction with Zahra Trust sponsored and held iftaars last year in the Haram of Bibi Zainab (as). This Iftaar benefited the Zavvars and more importantly the widows, orphans and the needy displaced and residing in Syeda Zainab (as) area.
This year we are again partaking in this noble act and kindly ask well-wishers who want to assist us in helping reach our goal of sponsoring as many nights providing iftaars to the Zavvars of Bibi Zainab. As it stands there is so much reward in opening the fasts of Momineen. So surely feeding those in Need does carry a lot more reward in return.
The cost of holding a full iftaar in the Haram is calculated at £615 ($800) per night. One can contribute any amount they wish to donate.
